How quickly will I be paid?

What happens if I've lost my diamond grading report?
In order for us to reference your report, we really only need the report number. For newer reports, the number is sometimes inscribed on the diamond itself (microscopically). If your report is lost or stolen, we’ll be happy to recertify your diamond at cost, but rest assured – our diamond experts can still give you an incredibly accurate offer without a report.
Can I receive an offer without my grading report?
We’ll need the report number in order to make your offer. Without it, we invite you send your diamond for examination—no cost or obligations.
